The Newsbar provides you with a whole host of newsfeeds
integrated into an Internet Explorer toolbar button and provided
by the BBC. Includes the very latest World and UK news plus science,
business, technology, entertainment and various UK sports channels
all instantly accessible from the IE toolbar.
Due to space on this webpage, or rather lack of it, the screenshot
to the left only shows the categories but be assured when you
mouse-over each one, a list of all the latest news items pops up which
you can then click to read. These are updated in real-time!
You will also find a "My Content" link on the "Today" dropdown which you
can use to view every newsitem from every feed in a simple broswer window.
This is basic, but is useful as it also gives a short description for each
current news item.
As with all my toolbars, you will also find a menu link to update, hide and
uninstall the toolbar at any time.
